I got a couple of requests to make a tutorial for how I draw Sonic!! And then I tried taking everything I know and calculation steps to show yous guys what works for me when I'one thousand drawing the blue blur!!
Now without whatever further ado, let's get started!!
Knowing Sonic's proportions is primal to Successfully drawing him. Before even starting to describe features, try to get a practiced handle on what he looks like when broken down into shapes. Quills are sometimes hard to draw!! In some canons, Sonic has three quills (SatAM, Sonic 10), and in others he has 6 (Sonic games, Archie Comics, Sonic Boom, ect.). Usually only three are visible when cartoon Sonic at a slightly iii/4 angle like this. In my stance this is the easiest angle to draw Sonic from.

I chose Modernistic Sonic because I experience similar more than people demand help with his proportions.
